Things to note about lead times:

• Lead times commence when final trophy quantities are submitted.
• Trophies added later are subject to the lead time surcharge.
• The lead time surcharge may be applied to mistakes made by the customer if replacement trophies are needed.
• Lead times that are unexpectedly shortened may be subject to the surcharge.
• The lead time surcharge does not guarantee that Beyond Trophies will accept a job with an unrealistic lead time, or during busy periods.
• If a job contains an assortment of different trophy types, the lead time is determined by the longest lead time requirement among items ordered.
